1) Children will be dropped off on time for rehearsals and performances. They will also be picked up on time. You should expect from us to start and end as the schedule states.
2) Please avoid making additional commitments that conflict with scheduled rehearsals. I understand that unexpected things come up that cannot be avoided, but an effort to not miss rehearsals, except for previously agreed absences will go a long way. You should expect from us that we will adhere to the rehearsal schedule. If a change is to be made, ample notice will be given. 3) Communication is key. If your child is running late, sick, absent, or for any reason will not be present at the scheduled time, please call us and let us know. Also, if there are any questions, comments, concerns, etc. please come to us directly. We check our voicemail regularly. 4) Rehearsals and backstage during performances are closed to all persons other than the cast, crew, and production team. Please respect this at all times.
